COMPALL Oy Ab was founded in 2020 to improve competence management in healthcare. We have identified major challenges in handling competence requirements, onboarding new staff, and ensuring that existing employees have up-to-date skills and safety certifications—issues that affect both patient and staff safety.
Our Vision
Project CALM: Competence for All – Modernization is currently under development and aims to create advanced software for overseeing and tracking competence development. The software will enable employees to easily monitor their skills and identify further training needs, while managers will gain a clear overview and be able to plan future training more effectively.
Our Technology
